Principal is the head administrator at a school. He is responsible for overseeing all the teachers and other school staff in the school building.The Principal is the leader of the teachers.The Principal helps with discipline, and leads the school.

Role of a Teacher

Teachers plan and teach lessons to the classes they are assigned to within the context of the school's plans, curriculum and schemes of work.

Accesses, monitor, record and report on the learning needs, progress and achievements of assigned pupils.

Role of a Non-Teaching Staff

Non-Teaching staff are important in public relation as that of teaching staff, effective working relationship with them is also very much required.
